I have been a bit behind on the blogging as you can see but that I will try to get you up to speed. We are having a great start to our New Year. For New Year's Eve we had dinner with one of Eric's childhood friends, Chris, his wife Natalia and their new baby Nastasia. Dinner was awesome as Natalia made some traditional Russian cold salads common for holidays and Chris had gone pheasant hunting. It was so nice getting to spend time with this couple I have heard a lot about through Eric and seeing their joy at being new parents. I got to meet them for the first time at our wedding and Natalia was radiant with pregnancy. Later that night we headed to Jeff and Harmony's house for a small but intimate New Year's Party. Jessica and Akiya came with their little girl Indie as well. We played games, had a champagne toast, talked about what were thankful for in 2008 and the guys lit up a lot of fire works. Fortunately no wives were harmed in the taking of the photographs but as you can tell they had a lot of fun.
