Becoming Mobile

As previously mentioned, the boys had been rolling onto their sides but decided that was enough. In the last two weeks, Winston started rolling from back to tummy. At first he got mad because his face was on the floor but now he pushes himself up like a pro. He flips back and forth without a problem. Abraham is also quickly catching onto the trend. He still gets mad if his face is on the floor and can have an interesting way of dealing with it. He will just keep rolling until he is happy with his position. On Sunday evening, Eric was in the kitchen and heard grunting coming from Abraham. He looked to find Abraham had rolled off the playmat and had continued to roll all the way to where the carpet and linoleum meet, about seven feet. These kids crack us up. They change so quickly and definitely keep us on our toes.



Abraham practices pushing himself up. Just because he does it, does not mean he has to like it :-)
